Boasting 4 ounces of farm-grown blackberries per pint, this beer smells like standing in a blackberry row. Dry-hopped with Mosaic and aged on toasted oak logs.

Loaded with blackberries and soured in the kettle with lactobacillus, this is one of our favority beers of summer. Irresistible fruit character than finishes with light woodiness from oak-aging.

Cherry Log IPA

(7%, 60 IBU) IPA

Wood: Cherry

Dry-hopped with Chinook and Centennial and aged on roasted cherry logs harvested from our woods. The smell of these logs during roasting is unbelievably fruity and magnificent. 

Cherry Wood Lager

(5.5%, 20 IBU) Vienna Lager

Wood: Cherry

A malty, amber lager aged on freshly toasted cherry logs from our woods.

Chinook Sour

(5%, 0 IBU) Dry-Hopped Sour

Wood: Shagbark Hickory

A 50% wheat malt base soured naturally with lactobacillus from fresh grain and dry-hopped with Chinook hops. A beautiful interplay of pine, resin, tart, and tang. Aged on fresh hickory.

Citra Sour

(5%, 0 IBU) Dry-Hopped Sour

Wood: Shingle Oak

A dry-hopped kettle-sour brewed with half wheat malt and aged on oak logs from our woods. An easy sour beer that has converted many sour-haters. Citra dry-hopping gives big notes of lemon and orange, which really make this the perfect orange juice replacement. 

Currant Sassafras

(5%, 0 IBU) Wild Sour

Wood: Sassafras

Our love for the sassafras tree shines through. We used sassafras leaves and twigs in the boil and then fermented the wort on charred sassafras logs. We added our black currant harvest as a wild-yeast inoculant, and the result is a slightly funky, spicy, green sourness. Absolutely delicious, and different than any beer we’ve made.

Brewed with rye and oats and aged on charred oak logs, our classic malty pale is sure to please. Dry-hopped with different hops in each batch to keep us always interested, and the fresh oak takes our pale ale to another level.

Farm Porter

Brewed with rye and oats and aged on hickory logs from our woods, this chocolatey porter has excellent wood character. Deep roast, full-bodied, with notes of wood, coffee, and chocolate.

Log-Aged Amber Ale Brewed with rye and oats and aged on charred hickory logs from our woods, this woody amber ale has been one of our best-sellers since the beginning. Dry-hopped with Simcoe and Centennial for a light citrus-pine character that finishes smooth and woody from the hickory.

Brewed with our 2018 rhubarb harvest and soured naturally with lactobacillus, this tart wheat beer was then "dry-hopped" with our farm-grown apple mint. An aroma of fresh, sweet mint and a dry, wood finish from aging on hickory logs.

Rye Saison

Wood: Autumn Olive

Brewed with 50% wheat malt, 10% rye, and aged on toasted autumn olive branches (an invasive tree that colonized our field when we bought it). The saison yeast offers a delightful, spicy belgian character and the autumn olive has a biscuity, round woodiness that sets it apart from other trees.

Soured naturally with lactobacillus from fresh grain and bittered with farm-grown sage, this tart, earthy beer then ages on oak logs and tart cherries. Batch variations will occur due to using the sage throughout it's life from the bushes in our fields.

Toasted Oak Brown

(7%, 30 IBU) Brown Ale

Wood: Shingle Oak

Brewed with Munich and chocolate malts and aged on toasted oak logs harvested from our woods, this big brown ale has lightly tannic notes of fresh wood and vanilla. Light roast and chocolate notes pair wonderfully with a full malt body.
