Wood: Shagbark Hickory
Brewed without hops and bittered with farm-grown english and lemon thyme, this kettle-soured wheat beer is tart, earthy, lemony, and woody. Soured naturally with lactobacillus and aged on toasted hickory logs from our woods for that familiar wood finish we can’t live without. Bottle-conditioned in our earth-bermed cellar.

Wood: Shingle Oak
Soured naturally with lactobacillus from fresh grain and bittered with farm-grown sage, this tart, earthy beer then ages on oak logs and tart cherries. Batch variations will occur due to using the sage throughout it's life from the bushes in our fields. Bottle-conditioned in our earth-bermed cellar.

Ginger Juice
(5%, 0 IBU) Gruit
Wood: Shingle Oak
Brewed without hops and soured naturally with lactobacillus in the kettle. Bittered with orange peel and aged on toasted oak logs with our famous farm-grown baby ginger. The perfect intersection of tart, ginger spice, orange, and oak character. Bottle-conditioned in our earth-bermed cellar.

Mad Coffee Porter
(8%, 50 IBU) Porter
Wood: Shingle Oak
Brewed with a special cold-brew blend from Mad Goat Roastery in Danville, Illinois, this big porter smells like stepping into the roastery. Aging on charred hickory logs from our woods melds beautifully with dark chocolate malts and roast from the cold-brew.

Toasted Oak Brown
(7%, 30 IBU) Brown Ale
Wood: Shingle Oak
Brewed with Munich and chocolate malts and aged on toasted oak logs harvested from our woods, this big brown ale has lightly tannic notes of fresh wood and vanilla. Light roast and chocolate notes pair wonderfully with a full malt body. Bottle-conditioned in our earth-bermed cellar.

Farm Pale (variations: Citra, Denali, Hallowed Hops)
(5%, 35 IBU) Pale Ale
Wood: Shingle Oak
Brewed with rye and oats and aged on charred oak logs, our classic malty pale is sure to please. Dry-hopped with different hops in each batch to keep us always interested, and the fresh oak takes our pale ale to another level. Bottle-conditioned in our earth-bermed cellar.

Riwaka Sour
(5%, 0 IBU) Dry-Hopped Sour
Wood: Shingle Oak
Our good friend, John Gow, was kind enough to bring us some coveted New Zealand hops from his recent visit home. This beer was soured naturally naturally with live lactobacillus from fresh grain and brewed with 50% wheat malt. Dry-hopping with the Riwakas offers a big pineapple character with a hint of pine. Aged on toasted oak logs from our woods for that round wood complexity we can't live without.

Citra Sour
(5%, 0 IBU) Dry-Hopped Sour
Wood: Shingle Oak
A dry-hopped kettle-sour brewed with half wheat malt and aged on oak logs from our woods. An easy sour beer that has converted many sour-haters. Citra dry-hopping gives big notes of lemon and orange, which really make this the perfect orange juice replacement.

Farm Red
(6%, 30 IBU) Amber Ale
Wood: Shagbark Hickory
Log-Aged Amber Ale Brewed with rye and oats and aged on charred hickory logs from our woods, this woody amber ale has been one of our best-sellers since the beginning. Dry-hopped with Simcoe and Centennial for a light citrus-pine character that finishes smooth and woody from the hickory.

Roasted Hickory
(7%, 0 IBU) Gruit
Wood: Shagbark Hickory
A very limited, short-run batch, this dark, amber beer was soured with lacto and then aged on fresh hickory logs from our woods. Complex wood and tannins and lovely tartness.

Farm Porter
(6%, 30 IBU) Porter
Wood: Shagbark Hickory
Brewed with rye and oats and aged on hickory logs from our woods, this chocolatey porter has excellent wood character. Deep roast, full-bodied, with notes of wood, coffee, and chocolate.

Mad Coffee Brown
(8%, 50 IBU) Brown Ale
Wood: Shagbark Hickory
Brewed with a special cold-brew blend from our friends at Mad Goat Roastery in Danville, Illinois, this big brown ale reminds us of a frothy cappuccino. Full-bodied with light coffee roast that ends with woody complexity from aging on fresh hickory logs.
