Riwaka Sour

This beer was soured naturally naturally with live lactobacillus from fresh grain and brewed with 50% wheat malt. Dry-hopping with the Riwakas offers a big pineapple character with a hint of pine. Aged on toasted oak logs from our woods for that round wood complexity we can't live without.
